PRE-PRODUCTION INSPECTION
The Pre-Production Inspection (PPI) is the first step to assure the quality of your products. This type of quality control is performed before the production process begins. We will check the quantity and quality of the raw materials and components which are used for your order, and whether they are in conformity with the product specifications.
Our inspector will control the production line, workshop condition, certificates and people qualification documents.
Raw materials, components and semi-finished products and related certificates will be checked carefully according to the requirement for the product and ITP/QCP.
DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTION
During production inspection, or “DUPRO”, аllоws the buуеr to verify аnу possible dеfесtѕ or deviation at a very early stage of the production process to avoid and prevent them еndіng up іn thе fіnаl рrоduсt.
DUPRO tаkеѕ рlасе whеn 10-20% оf thе рrоduсtіоn hаѕ been completed and gіvіng уоu аn up-close look аt thе mаnufасturіng рrосеѕѕ, mаtеrіаl uѕе, and workflow according to the project time schedule
Our inspector will control the production and the QC process in the production as well as packing line.
All steps for handle the raw material, welding, painting as well as components to assemble and produce the goods will be carefully checked against the given specification and related drawing and data sheet.
The overall production flow and project status will be put into a report with useful photos and detail explanation to give you a general overview of the project progress situation and condition of the production.
PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION
The Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is one of the most conducted services by Consultantech and conducted by clients. This is the last chance to avoid shipping wrong or defect products. This inspection conducted prior to the packing and shipment and will take place, when the order is 100% finished in production and at least 80% of the order has been ready for packing before shipment.
Our inspector will control the goods according to the master and detail packing list.
It is possible to perform full or random inspection by measuring the dimensions according to the technical specification.
Visual and function checking according to check lists and clients specification is followed by a detail report to show all findings or possible missing.
Our inspectors will collect all related final documents (i.e. final book, QCP, Certificates, drawings, etc.) and deliver them to the client.
